REACH! Afterschool Program from Hardwick Elementary School presents the musical, Aladdin KIDS live on stage for 2 shows Friday, June 3 @ 7:00 pm and Saturday, June 4 @ 1:00 pm at the Hardwick Town House. Thirty students of the REACH! Program have been working on bringing the delightful characters of Aladdin to life since November. When the students were asked what they like about being in this musical, Latisha Mead, a 6th grader said, “I like the dancing.” Emma Patrick, a third grader, said she liked “getting to sing”. I asked why people should come to watch and Victoria Shepard, a fourth grader, said “We are really good at singing and you will enjoy it.” Greg Patoine, a third grader, said “It is cool with good music and acting.” The show is co-directed by Jodi Sanders and Tess Martin of Hardwick Elementary School. REACH! Afterschool Program sponsored the event with additional financial support by the Vermont Community Foundation. Tickets are $5.00 for adults and $3.00 for 12 and under. Tickets will be sold at Hardwick Elementary School Office until Friday at noon and at the door starting 1 hour before each show.
