My brother Nick and I have had type one diabetes T1D since we were 4 and 6 years old. SLAMDiabetes will host their 6th annual Vermont Summer Classic Wiffleball tournament on Friday June 24th through Saturday June 25th 2016 at the Little Fenway complex in Jericho, VT. We are raising money for our team the Broadview Bombers. Saturday June 4th we will be going around Jericho East and the Foothills neighborhoods collecting returnable bottles. If you would like to donate any and want to make sure we get them please leave them on the porch. There’s a few other ways to help us meet our fundraising goal:

These funds help raise awareness about T1D and send kids to camp where they learn important skills in managing this lethal, life altering autoimmune disease for which there is currently no cure. We are funding the second annual VT overnight camp this August at Camp Ta Kum Ta. Thank you for your support.
