You'll be the first to try our newest cider alongside SILO's award-winning spirits, while learning how they're made straight from the people who make them. Admission is free, and $5 with ID gets you a special cider cocktail. Bottles will be available for sale.

Why a Monday? Industry folks, this one's for you. We know cider is a bit of a mystery (is it a beer? is it a wine? how do you even make it?) so we've geared this event towards Cider Consumption Education to help clarify some of those questions. Call it a seminar. Call it a party. Whatever you do, this is one event you don't want to miss.
