There will be a meeting on Childcare in Craftsbury:
June 7, at 6:30 at the Church on the Common
Childcare will be provided at the meeting!!
If you have children, are going to have children, want to support working families and our schools, if you want to support local businesses that employ parents, and if you want to reduce greenhouse emissions so the parents living and working in Craftsbury don't have to take their children out of town for childcare, WE NEED YOUR IDEAS AND INPUT.
Many community members have been researching how we can best fulfill our community's needs for childcare and how to keep our kids here in town. We will be sharing what we have learned thus far and discussing where to go from here so that we can create a safe nurturing place (or places) for our kiddos to go while we work.
If you are interested in staying informed or have some great energy you would like to contribute, but are not able to make the meeting, please email me and I will add you to an email list.
