MEALS
Event lunches and snacks will align with the principles presented by the speakers, including nutrient-dense, locally and organically grown vegetables, pastured and grass–fed meat, raw dairy products, and fermented vegetables, all skillfully prepared by Frank Pace of Great Northern and the chefs at the Inn at Shelburne Farms. On Friday, a traditional foods tasting will highlight the simplicity of eating whole, nutrient-dense foods including charcuterie, grass-fed beef, bone marrow and broth, and more!
EXHIBITORS & MARKETPLACE
Local and regional producers, therapeutic practitioners and Nourish Vermont sponsoring organizations and businesses will be tabling. Many items will be for sample and for sale including fermented beverages and vegetables, organ meat preparation, traditional fats, herbal medicines, pastured dairy products, cod liver oil and raw milk. Books will also be for sale and signing by the presenters.
SOUND HEALING
Each morning before the start of the program we will be bathed in sound by Sound Healer, Melinda Kinzie. This sound bath will give us the opportunity to set our personal intention for the day and prepare us for the teachings offered to us.
