As part of ANESU ongoing work with the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS), we’re sponsoring an informational session about alternative bargaining models that could be used during the next round of contract negotiations, slated to begin in the fall of 2016. Mediator Cynthia Jeffries from FMCS will compare and contrast three different bargaining models. A question and answer session will follow with an opportunity for attendees to provide written feedback.
