Certified Master Food Preserver and former *W *Magazine editor, Kevin West, is coming to the Flying Pig Bookstore in Shelburne to celebrate his gorgeous cookbook, SAVING THE SEASON.

Join us this Sunday, October 6, at 4pm to learn more about canning, pickling, and preserving. Kevin will do a food demo and bring delicious samples of his recipes. This is a great chance to get a perfect holiday or hostess gift and have it autographed.

SAVING THE SEASON has more than 200 recipes that range from sweet to savory, including jams, pickles, cordials, cocktails, candies, and more.
