Come join us as Sally Jones presents a doll to the Middletown Springs Historical Society. The much loved doll, named Mabel, originally belonged to her maternal grandmother, Ressie McLaughlin, and dates back to the 1890’s. According to Dietra Davis, it was lovingly repaired as it was passed down through the children. Learn more interesting things about the doll from Sally at the presentation which takes place this Sunday, Oct 6th at 2:30 at the Historical Society on the green. It will be part of the Open House that runs from 2-4:00. Refreshments will be served.
