Donna Sutton Fay of the Vermont Campaign for Healthcare Security will present the latest on the healthcare marketplace, including the role of Navigators in deciphering these details. VCHS is a nonprofit organization working to educate all Vermonters about, and assist them in enrolling in, coverage through Vermont Health Connect, Vermont's Health Benefit Exchange.
