EXCITING NEWS: We have scheduled the date for our Poultney Public Library building project Groundbreaking Ceremony! It will be held at the library on Monday, May 23rd at 4pm. This project has been a long time in the making, and we hope that you will help us celebrate this exciting step!
The building project, designed by Ralph Nimtz of NBF Architects, was made possible through the financial support of USDA Rural Development, Vermont Arts Council, the Hills and Hollows Fund, Modern Woodmen of America, Poultney Rotary, The Adam N. Maslack Charitable Corporation, Poultney Downtown Revitalization Committee, Merchants Bank, Stewart’s Shops, the Poultney Taxpayers, and the people, businesses, and organizations of the Poultney area. Construction will be completed by Russell Construction Services of Rutland.
