Hi neighbors,
I attended the Calendar 2.0 forum in Essex last night. About 400 people showed up to voice their concerns. We need three times that many to show up next Wednesday at the Burlington forum to remind the Superintendents that decisions of this magnitude should not be made without the participation of the public.

If you have not already, please take a minute to sign the electronic petition (http://www.petitionbuzz.com/petitions/vtsaveoursummer) opposing 2.0. The Supers are under the gun to enact reform due to pressure from NCLB. Let's work together to make sure that reform is meaningful and has the real potential to solve the problems we face and not simply create new new ones.
