Join the South Burlington Community Chorus as they present songs of the 4 Big-B's of music: Bach, Beethoven, Brahms, and the Beatles. Selections will include excerpts from Bach's B-Minor Mass and St. Matthew Passion, Beethoven's Hallelujah, Brahms’ Zigeunerlieder, and the entire second half of the Beatles' masterpiece Abbey Road. Also on the program is the beautiful Seal Lullaby by Eric Whitacre and a stunning arrangement of the traditional song Hard Times.
The performance will be held on Saturday, May 21st at 7:30 p.m. in the McCarthy Arts Recital Hall at Saint Michael’s Playhouse, on the campus of Saint Michael’s College in Colchester. It will be a lovely way to spend a Spring Saturday evening!
Tickets are just $10. Children and students under 18 are free.
