Join Chris Robbins in looking at ways to measure walkability, focusing on the network of streets, and examples of connected and disconnected networks. Then we’ll calculate the connectivity index for Middlebury and Bristol. We will also learn about other measures of walkability and practice using Walk Score, an on--line method that assigns a walk, bike or transit score to an address.
