On Saturday, May 21, residents of Northfield and beyond are invited to enjoy a nice dinner out—gourmet food, an open tavern, and live music during dinner service—to benefit a local family. The dinner—held at The Woods Lodge—honors the late Bruce Tabor Gage, who passed away in March after a battle with cancer. The family has been dealing with cancer on multiple fronts, while they remain some of the most friendly, happy, and hopeful people in town. This community event seeks to provide an opportunity to show your support to this Northfield family and facilitate giving. Tickets are on a sliding scale to enable many families to attend and to allow those who are able to make an extra donation to do so. Choose between three entrées: London Broil, Chicken Marsala, or Eggplant Rollatini. Dinner also includes freshly-baked bread, seasonal soup, house salad, steamed vegetables or rice pilaf, and Chocolate Mousse.
