Are you interested in learning how to grow edible shiitake and oyster mushrooms on logs?

On Thursday, May 12th from 3:30 - 5:30pm, the RACDC is hosting a free workshop on mushroom cultivation. Learn how to inoculate hardwood logs with mushroom mycelium, when to harvest, and long term care. Bring a log home with you! A suggested donation of $5 is requested, but not required.

We will meet in the Randolph Valley Bowl parking lot, 12 Prince St, and the workshop will be held in the Randolph Floodplain Forest.
