The master gardeners of Bennington county will be holding a perennial plant sale on Saturday, May 21st, 10am-1pm at the Bennington Farmer's Market , on the corner of Depot & River Streets in downtown Bennington. All the plants on sale have been locally grown so they are especially suited to our northeastern climate. We'll have sun-lovers, shade-dwellers, ground covers, wild flowers, herbs, berry bushes and more! Prices are being kept very low (starting at 50 cents!) but come early for the best selection. Proceeds from the sale will be used for VT Extension Master Gardener community enrichment programs.
