The 4th Annual Cancer Survivors Social will be held at the Inn at Shelburne Farms, North Porch on Sunday, June 5, 2016 from 1:30 pm - 4:00 pm. Event sponsors are the Eleanor B. Daniels Fund at the University of Vermont Cancer Center, Vermonters Taking Action Against Cancer (VTAAC), PT360 and The UVM Cancer Center.
