It's time for the annual FRIENDS of the JERUSALEM SCHOOLHOUSE FLEA MARKET! The dates are Friday, June 3 (noon until 5:00 pm) and Saturday, June 4 (8:00 am - 3:00 pm) at the Jerusalem Schoolhouse in South Starksboro. Please keep us in mind as you continue your Spring cleaning. Donations can be dropped off on Thursday, June 2 (4:00 - 7:00 pm) and Friday (9:00 - noon). We will happily accept furniture (in good condition -- no mattresses or pillows, please), household items, holiday decorations, craft items, clothing (no rips, tears or stains, please), children's toys, linens/bedding, books, games, small tools and gardening supplies. Proceeds from the sale will be used at the schoolhouse for some interior painting and refinishing the hardwood floors. If you have questions regarding the schoolhouse renovation project or if you would like to volunteer some time during the donation drop off days or during the actual sale, call Susan at 453-5537 or Nancy at 453-4573.
