All members of the community are invited! This will not be a lecture or presentation, but WILL be a facilitated dialogue among community members, facilitated by community members with the support of the Vermont Department of Health.

We will: Share strategies already named in previous community meetings, explore what we can do together, identify and commit to next steps in efforts to respond to our joint needs as a community.

There will be coffee, tea, light snacks and fellowship. Conversations will take place in small groups to maximize your input. Whether you've joined in previous community meetings or not, please join us.
