"Caretaking and Care Partnering," the fourth in the series "Navigating Life's Seasons," a series of expressive writing workshops will be Saturday, May 14 from 2-4 p.m. at the Unitarian Church of Montpelier.
This workshop is recommended for anyone who assists in providing care or who receives care from another person. Participants may find this session especially helpful as a tool toward exercising self-care and respite. Among topics to be discussed is what our roles as "caretakers" and "care partners" entail, what these terms mean to the person with whom we are in relationship, the primary care receiver and, what distinguishes a caretaker from a care partner.
