“The board just asked us about “data governance” – what do I do now?”
“How do I protect the digital data we collect from the people we serve?”
“Help! We’re using a new fundraising consultant and aren’t sure how to share our data with them.”
If you or anyone else at your nonprofit or foundation has any of these questions, then you do not want to miss Digital Rights/ Digital Responsibilities with Lucy Bernholz of the Digital Civil Society Lab at Stanford University’s Center on Philanthropy and Civil Society. Working with Common Good Vermont, Vermont Community Foundation and the Center for New Leadership, Lucy will offer three half-day workshops across Vermont between May 17-19th at CCTV Center for Media & Democracy in Burlington (5/17), Vermont College of Fine Arts in Montpelier (5/18) and Marlboro College Graduate School in Brattelboro (5/19). These workshops are for nonprofit leaders concerned with managing their digital assets and ensuring ethical practices in the data management and governance.
