Hinesburg Record Deadline May 10

The Hinesburg Record's deadline for letters to the editor and article submissions for the May 26th issue is the end of the day (midnight) on Tuesday, May 10. Please email submissions to news@hinesburgrecord.org. Submissions can be in Word or plain text format, or simply typed into the email message. Photos can also be sent and will be printed if there is room. Please provide a caption for each photo, and send the original large photo, not a small version. We prefer that photos are not submitted on their own - that an article is included, even just a few short paragraphs describing what the photos are about. The next issue comes out on May 26, so keep that in mind (for instance, don't submit an article encouraging people to attend an event that occurs before May 26 - although we can usually post such an article on our website - email us to check).

The Hinesburg Record welcomes article submissions from individuals as well as from all town organizations, teams, clubs, boards, and commissions. If you know of something exciting that is going on (or happened), or someone who has done something great that the town should know about, we encourage you to write it up and submit it!
