Hard cider has come a long way over the last few years and has quickly become one of the fastest growing beverage categories in the industry. Join your friends and learn about the science, artistry and flavors of hard cider from some of the industry’s best hard cider makers of the region.
Nine cider houses converge at ECHO and provide tastings of over 30 types of hard cider. Learn the science of what it takes to make great cider from these cider makers and tasting experts.
