The Community Restorative Justice Center in St. Johnsbury is so excited to announce the return of the Mood Swings Orchestra from Boston. This all female Swing Band amazed us last year with their familiar big band tunes, tight harmonies and dancing! Please join us for an evening of entertainment while supporting the work of The CRJC.
