Green Up Day has arrived!
Saturday, May 7, 2016
8:00 am - 1:00 pm
At Lincoln Fire Station

8:00 am – 11:00 am
-Pick up bags, gloves
-Get your road assignment

11:00 am – 1:00 pm
-Bring filled bags to the fire department
-Receive one raffle ticket per bag dropped off
-Try your luck at the raffle table
-Kids get one entry for a chance at winning a scooter
-Enjoy a nice picnic lunch
-Raffle drawing will be held at 12:30 (must be present to win)

Tips for Volunteers:
-bring Green Up bags, gloves, sunscreen, hat, water
-please put returnable cans/bottles in their own bag, separate from trash and recyclables
-wear sturdy, comfortable shoes
-wear layers of clothing
-wear long pants, avoid tall grass, check for ticks
-wear brightly colored clothing
-children should be accompanied by an adult
-DO NOT PICK UP HAZARDOUS MATERIALS!
