Please join us this Saturday night, May 7, for one of the best church dinners and silent auctions in the area! Faith United Methodist Church, 899 Dorset Street (across from Cairns Arena) will be hosting their 20th annual Ham Dinner and Silent Auction. The menu includes spiral ham, Gwen’s famous macaroni and cheese (made with Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese), maple glazed carrots, green beans, rolls, homemade pies, and beverages. There will be two seatings: 5:00 and 6:15. The cost of the meal is $10.00 for adults (you don’t even need to leave a tip!) and $6.00 for children 10 and under. If you don’t like eating among strangers, you may reserve a table for groups of 6 or more, so invite your friends! Take-out will be also be available. The silent auction, with 100 items totaling over $ 3,500, will run from 4:30 – 7:15 and admission is free. For reservations, please call Valerie at 999-6864.
