Join the Workers Defense Guard on Sunday, May 8th at 11:30 for our monthly free community breakfast! This is a chance to share a meal and a meaningful discussion with your neighbors and fellow community members about the issues facing our working-class communities, including affordable housing, police, and access to quality healthcare. The breakfast will be held at 11:30 AM at the Vermont Worker’s Center (294 N. Winooski Ave).

The Workers Defense Guard is an organization made up of workers and community members here in the Burlington area who care about our communities, and work towards a better future for our neighborhoods. We want our community to have access to quality affordable housing, nourishing food, quality education, and safe streets. We demand and work towards the empowerment of working-class community members towards self-government and self-policing.
