Talk with Peter Gould!
at The Craftsbury Public Library
May 18th at 5pm
Refreshments Provided!
Gould works with young students at his Arts For Social Change class at Brattleboro High School, and at the famed New England Youth Theatre in Brattleboro. For fourteen years he has run his own summer Shakespeare camp in northern Vermont, "Get Thee to the Funnery." "The Funnery" is now in four Vermont towns, and soon to appear in others. In all of his theatre work, Gould teaches yoga, meditation, respect for each other and respect for language, team-building, and vocal training for leadership.
Gould will also be touching on his newest book Marly; a unique Novella that explores renewable energy in the state through one of a kind narration. Many of the scenes were inspired by Craftsbury and the Lowell Mountains.
This Series is Made Possible in Part by the National Endowment for the Humanities and the Vermont Humanities Council.
