3 Week Spring Rest at Healthy Living Market and Cafe

Hello sunshine on your face. I think spring is here. As we welcome in the freshness all around us it is time to think about your diet. For many of us winter has meant a more sedentary lifestyle and heavier foods. It is time to lighten up with our Spring Reset. Please join Shannon McKenna - nutritionist and yoga teacher - from Whole Health Nutrition for a 3 week series starting on May 2nd in the Healthy Living Market learning center. This series will focus on a RESET of food, digestion, and habit with a focus on whole fresh foods and practical ideas.

The cost is just 30.00 per person per 3 week session.

Monday Night's - May 9th, May 16th, and May 23rd - 6:00pm-7:30pm Healthy Living Market and Cafe . Please meet outside of the Learning Center.
