Green Up Day is this Saturday, May 7th. This year marks the 46th anniversary of Green Up Day, which began in April 1970 and continues today as a unique Vermont tradition. Last year approximately 200 Williston residents picked up over 1.5 tons of trash and 25 discarded tires! We’re hoping for just as many volunteers and a warm, sunny day for this year’s annual event.

Green Up Day bags are now available at the Williston Planning Office in the Town Hall Annex. You may pick them up during the week anytime from 8-4:30 or on Saturday from 8 to noon. While you're getting Green Up Day bags, please also check out our Village Master Plan Open House. We welcome your input!
