It's that time of year again! Please volunteer your time to help keep Vermont Green! Green-up Day is this Saturday, May 7, and the Middletown Springs Conservation Commission members will be on the Green handing out Green-up bags and cookies between 8:00AM and 12:00 PM. It is very helpful, if you stop by the table on Saturday, as the Green Up Vermont Office likes to keep track of the number of volunteers who participate and the number of bags of trash collected. And we like to say 'hi' to you and highlight roads on our map...

Many of you likely saw the message from Herb Childress about the possibility of finding needles or other drug or dangerous paraphernalia. Please contact me with the location and avoid collecting any dangerous-looking litter.
