The Jericho Planning Commission is holding its regular meeting on May 3rd from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm in the Jericho Town Hall and welcomes the public to attend. The following items are on the agenda:
* Public Comment - the public is invited to speak to any item not on the agenda.
* The Planning Commission plans on continuing their public hearing on the draft Land Use Regulations to a specific date, which will most likely be to their next meeting, May 19th. On a related note, the public is invited to provide any written comment ahead of the continued hearing and offer oral comment at the continued public hearing. The draft Land Use Regulations along with a summary of the proposed changes may be viewed on the Town's web site: www.jerichovt.gov.
* The Planning Commission will continue planning for the Commercial District Tour and Community Workshop to be held on May 11th from 5:30-8:00 pm. We encourage you to visit the Town's website for more information on how you can participate in the workshop and Commercial District planning process.
* The Conservation Commission and the Planning Commission have been developing revised Natural Resource Overlay District standards for the Land Use Regulations based on updated natural resource data. The Planning Commission will continue the discussion on the revisions.
