Mark your calendars for Saturday, May 28 and join Good Heart Farmstead at Doty for a Memorial Day Plant Sale.

As part of our mission of making local food more accessible, we’re donating 10% of our proceeds to the Doty Local Foods Fund, which gets more local food into the school lunches.

We'll be set up outside in front of the school from 9:00 - 1:00. Memorial Day weekend is the traditional "frost-free" date in Central Vermont, and a great time to get your garden started. We’ll have a wide assortment of vegetables, herbs and flowers. All our plants are grown in certified organic soil from organic seed, almost all of which come from High Mowing Organic Seeds.

Our farm mission is to make local food more accessible to all income levels, and when we work together, our strides become greater. We are thrilled to work with Doty and give support to the Local Foods Fund to help get more fresh, local food to Doty students. We hope to see you there!
