The good folks at Southern Smoke have just returned home from a trip to India and The Philippines. Owner and Head Chef Brian, was on a mission to discover new and exciting foods to bring home to Vermont.
Prepared with the joy and love of all food, you will find dishes to excite your senses. Using locally and freshly prepared ingredients to create a diverse spread of options. There will be vegetarian, meat, and fish dishes. No one should feel left out on an evening like this.
