Service at 10 AM with Rev. M’ellen Kennedy
The Spring wild flowers are under foot and the trees are in their budding. As we circle around the sun, we get to observe and learn from the unfolding the seasons. In Ancient Rome, May Day was the celebration not only of plants but also of elders. In the US and Canada in the late 1800’s it became International Workers’ Day, to advocate for rest, recreation and fair pay for workers. Let’s welcome in the renewal of the woods, fields and our gardens with our own May Day Celebration.

Held at Unitarian Universalist Church, 21 Fairground Road, Springfield. All welcome!
