Are you interested in medicinal plants and learning what grows well in our bioregion? We will discuss some of my favorite and easy to grow herbs such as chamomile, peppermint, tulsi, calendula, lemon balm, thyme, echinacea, raspberry leaf, and yarrow.
We will discuss the following topics:
• Medicine garden design
• Plant uses and contraindications
• How to prepare herbal teas

Please join Erica Koch, ND, M.Ed, FABNO for this free community class at The Bridges in the cafe, 9-10am on Tuesday, May 3.
