The good folks at Southern Smoke have just returned from a trip to India and the Philippines. Owner and head Chef Brian was on a mission to discover new and exciting foods to bring back to Vermont.

Misery Loves Company has invited Chef Brian to their pop-up dinner spot at the Incubator in Winooski.

Prepared with the joy and love of all food you will find dishes to excite your senses. Using locally and freshly prepared ingredients to create a diverse spread of options. There will be vegetarian, meat and fish dishes. No one should feel left out on an evening like this.
