One of the world's leading cognitive scientists, best-selling author Pinker helps people understand the science behind human thought and action.

Join UVM and community members for the University’s George D. Aiken Lecture, hosted this year by UVM College of Arts & Sciences. Pinker will present the topic, War and Peace: A History of Violence at UVM’s Ira Allen Chapel, Thursday, October 10 at 5p.m.
