The 26th Annual Champlain Classic 5K and 10K race will take place this Sunday, May 1st. Please be aware that runners will be on Harbor Rd. between the Craft School and the Dog Park from 9am until approximately 10:30 am. They will also be crossing Bay road from the Ti-haul trail to the Shelburne Bay Park parking lot. Please use caution and heed traffic control when traveling this Sunday morning. Recreation path users in Bay Park and Ti-Haul trail should be aware of the race as well, and please keep dogs on a short leash.
Anyone wishing to join the race as a participant is invited to register on Sunday morning at the Town gym from 7 - 8:30 am. Race information can be found at www.champlainclassic.com.
