Due to lower attendance at the rescheduled July 4 activities, the Parade & Fireworks Committee does not have enough money to pay for 2014 fireworks. There will be a coin drop at the Richmond 4 corners on Saturday October 12. Volunteer help is needed. Must be at least 18 years of age.
