The New Haven May Festival is this Sunday, May 1st, 1pm-4pm at the Town Hall (78 North Street next to the Beeman School).
The New Haven Events Department is happy to be hosting our annual community celebration for Spring...and it's FREE!
Live music, Maypole, dancing, a Spring dessert contest, plant swap & sale (bring yours!), storytelling and songs, quick and creative family arts & craft activities to make and take, a visit with the Shriner Clowns, refreshments and more!
All types of desserts wanted and welcome for the Spring Dessert Contest! To register your dessert, please reply to this post, call Sara or me, or bring it to the Town Hall by noon on May 1st.
It's FREE to enter the contest, and costs $5 to sample ALL of the desserts and then vote for your favorite!
The winner receives half of the proceeds, and the other half goes to support the Events Department. All are welcome! The Hall is ADA accessible.
