Artists and other people interested in birds...help make International Migratory Bird Day at the Missisquoi National Wildlife Refuge a success. Bird walks at 5:30 and 7:30 am. Speaker in p.m. will present research on nesting cavities on the Refuge. An indoor bird walk featuring artwork/photography (2 dimensional) will kick off on this day.
Artists, please think about exhibiting again this year. Application and list of birds found on the Refuge can be seen at friendsofmissisquoi.org website. (Click on calendar tab, May 21 art on the Refuge). Art needs to include bird(s) found on the Refuge; photos can be taken on the refuge or in the surrounding areas.
