Looking forward to sharing tea and my hut with you tomorrow. There will be two delicious teas we will taste. The first part will be a spring tea ceremony (Chanoyu) in the Japanese tradition (mostly informal) Late April is when we switch from the sunken hearth (ro ) to the standing brazier (furo) After we will switch to tasting a white tea "Yue Guang Bai" Moonlight white tea from Global Tea Hut. There will be some food to help soak up the tea and lots conversation about tea culture and about the teahut itself!

This is a time to introduce my teahut to the public. All are welcome, the event is free. If you wish to donate to the hut for future events and more teas it is greatly appreciated!
