Free Community Class: Spring Cleanse, Sauna and Hydrotherapy

Traditional ‘nature cure’ practices used sauna and hydrotherapy as a means to eliminate toxins, improve circulation, and increase oxygenation and nutrition to cells. Sauna has a long history of use cross-culturally and is well known for supporting the body’s healing and regenerative capacity.

Please join Erica Koch, ND, M.Ed, FABNO for a free community class at The Bridges in the cafe, 9-10am on Tuesday, April 26 to learn about specific techniques of sauna and hydrotherapy.

We will discuss the following:
• Routes of elimination and how to support them
• Helpful daily practices
• Health benefits of Sauna and Hydrotherapy
• Indications, Contra-indications, Safety
