The East Montpelier Planning Commission is working on developing a Master Plan and updated zoning for East Montpelier Village. As part of our information gathering, the Planning Commission will be discussing the Neighborhood Development Area designation program with state Dept. of Housing and Community Development staff. We will also be reviewing a proposed survey of village businesses. The meeting will be on Thursday, 4/21 from 7:00 to 8:00 pm at the Town Office. The public is welcome at this, and all, Planning Commission meetings.
