Please join us for this special evening of storytelling! On Sunday, May 1st, Hospice Volunteer Services and American Flatbread in Middlebury will host Stories From the Hearth. In this moth-inspired event, pre-selected community members will tell true, first-person stories on their experiences being with loved ones at the end of life. 5 - 6:15 pm is a cocktail hour, with a cash bar and light fare, and music by "The Brevity Thing". At 6:15, doors will close and stories begin. In sharing these poignant stories, we hope to remember how we’re connected in our vulnerable and courageous journeys through love and loss. Location: American Flatbread--Middlebury Hearth. Suggested donation: $10.
