Brattleboro Area Hospice is hosting a free Advance Care Planning Facilitator training June 10th & 11th, 2016. Learn how to help your fellow community members complete their Advance Directives (A.D.). Everyone 18 yo or older should have an A.D. It is a written document of your healthcare wishes when/if you could not tell someone what you would want.
