Introduction to Tai Chi: Note NEW DATE APRIL 23

Tai Chi has been widely documented to offer enormous benefits for both physical and mental health. Come and learn about this for yourself. Marsha Kameron will lead introductory Yang style tai chi and Qigong and will answer your questions. All welcome. No experience necessary. Free.

Tai Chi 8 Postures: This is a great way to start Tai Chi. The postures are simplified and can form the basis for further practice and more advanced study. Tai Chi helps with your balance and concentration and is often considered a moving meditation. Each class will also include stretching and strengthening.
Thursday classes are free to the public, though suggested donation of $5 per class is welcome.
It is requested that no outdoor shoes be worn on the wooden floors. Barefeet or clean indoor shoes are suitable.
Classes are offered by Marsha Kameron. She has been teaching Yang Style Tai Chi for the past six years. She has attended numerous Tai Chi workshops and is a senior student of Andrew Townsend (a disciple of Grand Master Jesse Tsao).
