This Wednesday, April 20 from 6:00-7:30 pm Montpelier Shambhala Meditation Group is hosting the monthly Open House.
The evening will consist of group meditation instruction. meditation practice, a talk/discussion and light refreshments.
Tune Faulkner will talk about communication: communication that connects us. Tune is a down to earth person, avid gardener and lives on a Christmas tree farm. She is the Director of Practice and Education at the St.Johnsbury Shambhala Center and a delight to be around.
