General Mark Milley, U.S. Army Chief of Staff, to give a free lecture at Norwich University in Northfield, Vt.

GEN Milley will give the keynote of the ROTC Centennial Symposium on Thursday, April 21st at 7:00 p.m. in Kreitzberg Arena on the Norwich campus.
